G4S South Africa
G4S (SA), a subsidiary of the London Stock Exchange listed G4S Plc, is the largest provider of integrated security solutions in the country, with more than 10 000 employees in South Africa.
In SA the business operates through three main operating companies:
- G4S Cash Solutions which provides cash in transit solutions
- G4S Secure Solutions which provides integrated security and risk management solutions
- G4S Care and Justice Services, which focuses primarily in outsourced services in the hospitals and prisons.
In 2007 Zico acquired 5% interest in G4S Cash Solution and in 2010; we acquired another 13% in G4S Secure Solutions.
