Zico acquired 26% shareholding in 2005 when Fidelity Services Group was restructured to form Supercare Cleaning Services (“Supercare”). The remaining 50% is shared between RMB Corvest, Dickerson Investments and Supercare Employee Share Trust.

The business has been offering contract cleaning, labour outsourcing, hygiene solutions, pest management services and specialised cleaning services such as high pressure cleaning and high level cleaning to the commercial, healthcare, retail, industrial, hospitality and education industry sectors since 1959.
